Ayatollah Seyyed Hassan Khomeini once said though memoirs on his Instagram account that Imam Khomeini used to regularly have a glance at morning and evening publications over the past decades.
He once published a photo which shows a rare glimpse of Imam Khomeini reading a newspaper while walking. Someone can guess from the dress that the photo was taken during autumn or early winter season.
Italaat Newspaper has been one of the publications Imam used to regularly read during 1980s.
Imam was also very punctual and used to carry out all of his religious duties and tasks on time.
Friends and relatives say that Imam Khomeini, who had well command on Islamic sciences and several inter-disciplinary fields of knowledge, regularly used to listen media and read newspaper in order to keep himself updated about the occurrences happening around the world.
