When Grand Ayatollah Boroujerdi passed away all the seminary classes were postponed until the 40th day after the departure of his eminence.
However, on the first day of classes held after the commemoration ceremony Imam Khomeini gave his students a piece of advice:
“Never be worried about your daily bread (sustenance)!”
Such statement was made in a situation where the students had become obsessed with the issues of their everyday life.
The Imam who was trying to give us hope continued to say:
“You need to achieve great aspirations at your life in a way that all the material values are worth for you less than a blade of straw.”
